Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Grounds

I just had an amazing two-night stay in a Deluxe Room Front Sea View. The hotel features stunning gardens filled with exotic plants and a lovely pool area that felt serene, especially with fewer guests around in September. The staff were warm and friendly, though some had limited English skills. My only suggestion would be to improve the responsiveness of the service when guests need assistance.

Amazing family vacation!

We stayed for 8 nights and loved how the staff was super attentive! The food was crazy good with different themes each day. The pools and gardens were stunning. Only thing was the night entertainment was lacking—could've used some live music on the weekends.

It was just a strong match for a brief retreat in Chiclana de la Frontera with decent value for money. The gardens and structure are very nice, which made for a pleasant stroll.

During our eight-night stay, we loved the beautifully maintained gardens featuring artificial ponds and friendly turtles, which were great fun for our little one. The breakfast spread was satisfying, albeit with some delays in service. We did have a parade of ants visiting our room, but it turned into a charming adventure for my child. Overall, the atmosphere and amenities made our family trip enjoyable.

The staff, especially Macarena at the restaurant, were genuinely kind and helpful, making an effort to improve our experience. Plan for early dining to avoid chaos.
